Steph Hay

Steph Hay has a diverse background in finance and business operations, with experience at Sourcegraph as GTM Strategy & Business Operations from March 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Steph worked at B Capital Group as an Investor in Venture Capital & Growth, focusing on enterprise software and healthcare from October 2018 to February 2021. Additional experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Associate Director and Analyst at UBS in the Global Healthcare Group from July 2015 to September 2018. Currently pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School from 2023 to 2025, Steph holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology.
