Donna Knoecklein

Donna Knoecklein started their work experience in 1996 at Lockheed Martin, where they held various roles including Business Analyst, Systems Administrator, Test Engineer, and Business Report Developer. During their time there, they documented supply chain gap requirements, worked with development departments, and created a Reporting Center of Excellence. Donna also supported merger/acquisition processes, consolidated legacy supply chain systems, and provided technical support to end users. As a Test Engineer, they developed test plans, managed test environments, and provided test metrics to management. As a Business Report Developer, they led a team, gathered requirements, and developed reports using various software tools. In 2010, they joined Vencore Inc. as a Business Analyst and Systems Administrator.

Donna Knoecklein obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Regis University from 1997 to 2000. Donna then pursued further education and completed their MBA/MIT degree in Business Administration / IT at Penn State Great Valley from 2008 to 2012.
