Edward Jordan

Edward Jordan has had extensive work experience in various roles related to system administration, engineering, and technical support. Edward is currently working as a System Administrator IV at Vencore Inc., where they are part of a team developing a webpage for the PM community and assisting in setting up new Windows surface pros for leadership counsel. Prior to this, they worked at Sava SolutionsHern from 2009 to 2015 as a Systems Engineer, where they built and maintained encrypted laptops for the DEA organization and controlled remote tokens for network access. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Nortel Government Solutions as a Tier II Regional Support Engineer, where they provided support for the DEA Firebird network and tracked and repaired network issues. Additionally, they served as a Lab Manager and Tier II Technical Support at Nortel, managing a staging lab and providing technical support for users. Edward also worked as a PKI Technical Support Staff, supporting customer downloads and resolving issues related to public key infrastructure.

Edward Jordan attended George Mason University from 1997 to 2001 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General. In November 2016, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce certification from CompTIA.
