Ken Poimboeuf

Ken Poimboeuf has decades of work experience in the field of engineering and project management. Ken began their career in 1966 at Chrysler Corporation Space Division, where they worked as an Electrical Engineer designing ground support equipment for the Saturn 1B Launch Vehicle. Ken also designed electronic logic circuits for supervisory control systems and data logging systems for various government agencies.

In 1969, Ken joined NASA Kennedy Space Center as an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager. Ken worked there for nearly three decades, overseeing various projects and ensuring their successful implementation.

In 2006, Ken joined ASRC Federal and QinetiQ-North America as a Subject Matter Expert, where they were responsible for implementing requirements definition, design review, development, and field installation of modifications to launch facilities and equipment at Kennedy Space Center.

In 2014, Ken began working at Vencore Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they served as the prime contractor for the Engineering Services Contract, leading the preparation of Kennedy Space Center's Launch Complex 39 B for the upcoming Space Launch System.

Most recently, Ken joined Millennium Engineering & Integration Co. in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager. Ken'srole involves providing leadership in the development and upgrade of systems and facilities necessary for the launch of the Space Launch System.

Throughout their career, Ken has demonstrated expertise in various disciplines including electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, and environmental modifications. Ken has a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting technical standards.

Ken Poimboeuf attended Northwestern State University in Louisiana from 1960 to 1965. Ken received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering during this time.
