Ronald Goode

Ronald Goode has over 25 years of work experience in systems engineering and management roles. Ronald started their career at Lockheed Martin Corp in 1994, where they served as a Hardware/Software Test & Transition Engineer and later as a Sr. System Architect. In these roles, they were responsible for system integration and testing, as well as the development of upgrade and test strategies.

In 2000, Ronald joined Lockheed Martin Simulation as a Software (Test) Engineering Manager, where they managed a team of test engineers and provided test engineering and analysis for applications in the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

From 2003 to 2011, Ronald worked at Lockheed Martin ISS and Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions as an Engineering Manager, overseeing teams and projects related to mission operations, systems integration, and verification.

In 2011, Ronald joined Vencore Inc. as a Systems Engineer, and later joined Perspecta Inc. in 2015, where they held various roles including Test Director and Systems Engineer.

In 2018, Ronald returned to Perspecta as a Senior Systems Engineer, supporting the Chief Architect of the Processing and Analytic Capabilities customer organization.

Throughout their career, Ronald has demonstrated expertise in systems engineering, integration, and test management. Ronald has also been involved in the development of software tools and has experience in managing large teams and projects.

Ronald Goode has a diverse education history. Ronald obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 1982. Prior to that, in 1980, they received a Certificate in Computer Programming from the Control Data Institute, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.

Before pursuing their computer science education, Ronald earned a Bachelor's Degree in Ornamental Horticulture from the University of Maryland from 1975 to 1977. Ronald also obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Prince George's Community College from 1973 to 1975.

In addition to their formal education, Ronald Goode has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they acquired the SAFe Agilist Certification Certification from Vencore Inc. In 2015, they completed the ITIL Foundation Level certification, also from Vencore Inc. Prior to those, in 2008, Ronald obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Lockheed Martin. Lastly, in 2002, they received the ISO 9001 Auditor certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
