Kim Coutts

Kim Coutts is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Vendasta since October 2020, Coutts has held various roles including Talent and Leadership Development Manager and Employee Engagement Manager. Prior consulting experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant on a contract basis, where Coutts provided recruitment and HR advisory services across Western Canada. Coutts co-founded The Great YYC Staycation, an initiative aimed at supporting Calgary's local experience economy. Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Federated Co-operatives Limited, Recruitment Consultant at Essence Talent Solutions, and roles at Saskatchewan Blue Cross and Canpotex Limited. Coutts holds an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Saskatchewan.
