Ale Quintero is an experienced design professional currently serving as Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023. Prior roles include Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, where work focused on innovating health and human services, and Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, specializing in reimagining health insurance. Ale Quintero was the Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc., and operated as a Freelance Designer, aiding early-stage companies in creating brand experiences. Additional experience includes co-founding The Handsome Pig, working as a Designer at Rehilete Estudio Creativo and Fundacion Comunitaria Oaxaca A.C., and serving as a Junior Designer at Decofuego Chimeneas | Grupo Imaco. Ale Quintero earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
