Charlie Bentivenga serves as the Talent Lead at Vendelux since November 2023, bringing expertise in event marketing to enhance brand and lead generation. Concurrently, Charlie acts as an Advisor for Syelo and previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Keyway, a prop-tech firm specializing in AI-driven commercial real estate solutions. At Compass, Charlie played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 250 to over 4000 employees during a 5.5-year tenure, encompassing various leadership roles in recruiting. Additional experience includes recruitment positions at LivePerson and Advice Personnel, specializing in accounting and finance staffing. Charlie holds a double major in History and Economics from Fordham University.
