Miten Amin

Miten Amin is VendEx Solutions’ Chief Operating Officer. Miten managed European operations for ISN, managing high-level relationships with ISN’s top-tier clients, as well as managing the European team.

Miten has 20 years of experience in Financial Services. Most recently Miten was a Director within the Structured Analytics & Valuations Group at Moody’s Analytics. In this role, he led EMEA Risk Advisory solutions with clients including Investment Banks, Retail Banks, Building Societies, Insurance, and Asset Managers. This included the provision of custom or off-the-shelf data, software, valuations, and risk / regulatory advisory solutions across all Structured Finance asset classes. His prior experience has included heading the Structured Finance Syndicate Desk at Commerzbank London, pre- and post-crisis, and as an integral part of the Structured Finance Capital Markets/Syndicate and Portfolio Management desks at ABN AMRO pre-crisis. Miten was an integral part of ABN AMRO’s award-winning European securitization business in 2005. Responsibilities have included running cross-asset class new issue execution, running an underwriting/primary trading book, an investment book, and cultivation of issuers and investors across Structured Finance.
