Nick Harrison

Nick is the Head of our Consulting practice and sits on the Leadership team. Nick also has responsibility for the leadership of client engagement across the Industrial Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defence industries.

With over 20 years consulting experience, Nick specialises in global transformation in Manufacturing and Industrial Products. His areas of expertise include operational transformation, programme and change management, lean manufacturing and strategic cost management. Nick also has experience enabling clients to address disruption by utilising emerging technologies and using data to drive performance.

Nick holds a PhD in Economics from Nottingham Trent University.
