Damian Legawiec

Damian Legawiec has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2007, they started as a Software Engineer at Biznes.net and later moved on to work as a Software Engineer at Supermedia Interactive in 2008 and at Weblify Sp. z o.o. in 2009.

In 2010, Damian founded their own company, GameTrade.pl, where they served as the CEO and Founder. The company became a leader in the used games market in Poland with a significant user base and successful swaps.

From 2014 to 2015, Damian worked as the CTO at arena.pl, where they were responsible for assembling a product team and building a multi-million product marketplace integrated with 3rd party systems. Damian also provided an API layer for sellers/suppliers to synchronize their product catalog and stock levels.

In 2015, Damian co-founded Spark Solutions, a company behind the Spree Open Source project, which is a widely used e-commerce engine. Damian served as the CTO and played a key role in developing applications used by over 1 million users monthly.

Currently, Damian is working as the CTO and Co-founder of Vendo, a marketplace automation platform. Vendo offers solutions for marketplaces of all sizes and automates various operations, including vendor onboarding, buyer payments, and supplier payouts.

Throughout their career, Damian has demonstrated expertise in technology, entrepreneurship, and building successful e-commerce platforms.
