Noel Lorenzo Cabusao has a diverse range of work experience. Noel Lorenzo started their career at Capital One as a Collections Specialist, where they handled payment collection and customer inquiries. Noel Lorenzo then joined Expedia as a Travel Coordinator, assisting customers with their travel plans and resolving booking-related issues. Following this, they worked at SYKES Philippines as a Customer Service Specialist, supporting various accounts in finance, travel, health, and insurance. During this time, they gained experience in outbound and inbound calls, chat and email support, sales marketing, and insurance lead generation. Noel also worked as an Insurance Sales Representative at ASSURANCE IQ, generating leads for insurance and providing outbound and inbound call and chat support. Noel Lorenzo then transitioned to freelancing as a Web Developer at Filipino Virtual Assistance and later worked as a Business Virtual Assistant at Upwork. At LeadClicker, they worked in lead generation before moving on to Pineapple Staffing as a Social Media Manager and SquareSpace and WordPress Developer. More recently, Noel worked as a Project Manager at My Amazon Guy and is currently employed as a Project Manager at VENDO.
