Noy Baraness has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Noy started their career as a Pride Leader in Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, where they collaborated with small groups to create leadership development activities and organized events for members. Noy then served as the Recruitment and Marketing Chair, where they supported the recruitment team and organized engagement events.

Afterwards, Noy worked as a Retail Sales Consultant and Assistant Manager at Prime Communications, where they monitored sales performance and exceeded sales goals. Noy then joined Yelp as an Associate Account Executive, managing a pipeline of local businesses and handling the full sales cycle. Noy was later promoted to Junior Account Executive for consistently exceeding revenue quotas.
