Monica Peterson has had a diverse work history with experience in technical support and IT roles. Monica started their career at Mecc/Bindco/TLC as a Database Administrator and has since held various technical roles at NCS, Signature Software/Firepond Inc., Manpower/St. Mary's Duluth Clinics, and Target. Monica has also worked at Insight Global, HCL Technologies, Boston Scientific, TEKsystems, and currently at Vendorpass as a Deskside Support Technician. Monica holds certifications in Windows 7 and Windows 8R2 from PC Pro Schools, as well as a Client/Server Certification from the University of Minnesota.
