Matthew Fernandez has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Credit Analyst & Training Specialist at American Express. Matthew then worked at Chase as a Retail Banker from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Viewpost/LSQ Funding Group as a Customer Success Manager-Department Lead/Vice President, Business Development until 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Sr. Customer Success Manager-Department Leader at Boxpilot. Currently, they are working at VendorSmart as the Vice President of Client Engagement since 2020, after holding the position of Director of Client Success from 2017 to 2020.
