David Hammond is a Master Black Belt-certified change agent with over 20 years of experience in continuous improvement, quality, and operations across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement at Venerable and an Assistant Teaching Professor at Iowa State University, David leads efforts to optimize business processes and educate future engineers. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Consulting Lead at Turnberry Solutions and Vice President of Process Improvement at American Equity. David also holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an ME in Systems Engineering from Iowa State University.
