Wesley Gordon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and operations management across various sectors. As the Director of Portfolio Management and Process Improvement at Trinity University since May 2022, Wesley leads the Portfolio Management Office, enhancing project delivery metrics and risk management. Previously, as an R&D Manager at Southwest Research Institute, Wesley implemented innovative technical programs while coordinating across diverse teams in multiple locations. As Program Manager at Alpha Space Test and Research Alliance, Wesley revitalized underperforming operations, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
