At Venerable, Melanie has been instrumental in leading HR program strategy and delivery. Prior to that, Melanie worked at Voya Financial and its predecessor ING, where Melanie focused on continuous improvement, project management, and marketing communications. Starting their career at CitiStreet, Melanie has developed strong vendor relationships and demonstrated expertise in project management and marketing analysis.
