Carol Morabito

Carol Morabito is a seasoned retail executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Retail & Leasing at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since June 2023, Morabito previously held multiple senior roles at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, including Senior Vice President of Retail and Vice President of Retail Operations, from December 2015 to March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Retail for Baha Mar and various VP roles in retail operations at MGM Resorts International from 2002 to 2013. Morabito earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1980 and 1984.
