Lindsey M. Bartlett

Lindsey M. Bartlett, CBCP, CEM, NEMAA, serves as the Assistant Director of Emergency Management - Security at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since December 2017, where responsibilities include establishing program governance for emergency preparedness and facilitating annual threat assessments. Additionally, Lindsey is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, teaching emergency preparedness and exercise design. A veteran of the California Air National Guard, Lindsey has held multiple leadership roles, focusing on cultural competency and personnel development. With a rich background in music education as a lecturer and manager of performing arts centers, Lindsey holds advanced degrees in crisis management and music performance, complemented by various certifications in emergency management.
