Natalie Archuleta

Natalie Archuleta, CMP, CPCE, currently serves as the Director of Catering & Conference Management at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, a position held since June 2023. With over a decade of experience at the same resort, Natalie previously worked as a Senior Catering and Conference Manager, where responsibilities included planning large corporate events and ensuring financial accountability in food and beverage operations. Before returning to The Venetian, Natalie was a Channel Sales Representative at Paychex, fostering key relationships and managing sales activities through Salesforce. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration with a focus on Meeting and Event Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Oregon Community College.
