Nicole Ashton

Nicole Ashton currently serves as the Executive Director of Workforce Management at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since September 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Director of Workforce Management at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, as well as similar positions at Luxor Hotel & Casino and ARIA Resort & Casino. Nicole's extensive background at Caesars Entertainment Corporation encompassed various roles in employee and labor relations, alongside scheduling responsibilities. Earlier career experience includes serving as Executive Assistant at Premiere Home Entertainment, where responsibilities included managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as payroll. Nicole Ashton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and has attended the College of Southern Nevada and University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
