Canan Sepboy Ozbay

Canan Sepboy Ozbay currently serves as the Head of Project Management Office at VENHANCER since March 2024. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Allianz Türkiye, where Canan held various leadership positions from December 2011 to August 2023, including NonMotor Tribe & Commercial Tribe IT Chapter Lead and Software Development Manager. Responsibilities included leading software development teams, optimizing resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring team members. Canan began a professional career in software development at TEB and C Information Technology and Telecommunication Company, with a focus on Oracle technologies and core banking software. An MBA was completed at Bahcesehir University, following a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Trakya University.
