Erika Lee

Erika Lee serves as the Co-Executive Director and Deputy Director at Venice Community Housing Corporation since June 2020, following previous roles at the same organization as Associate Director of Development from January 2015 to July 2018. With extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and communications, Erika independently planned an annual fundraiser raising over $115,000 and successfully raised over $1,000,000 in total donations, significantly enhancing individual giving. Prior experience includes positions such as Development Manager at On The Rise and Fundraising Coordinator at SolSolution, Inc., where Erika actively engaged in prospect research, donor relationship cultivation, and grant writing. Erika holds a Master of Science in Communication, Health and Life Sciences from Wageningen University & Research and dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Studies and Sociology from Northeastern University.
