Leslie Fong has over 12 years of work experience in the fashion and beauty industry. In 2009, they began their career as a Sales Associate at Studio 3579, followed by an Assistant Manager position at Kyler by Joy O. From 2012 to 2016, they held various roles at Threadflip, including Digital Brand and Merchandising Manager and Head of Operations - White Glove Service. In 2016, they became a Buyer and Merchandising Manager at Ditto.com. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Director of Brand Marketing and Brand Marketing and Merchandising Manager at Westward \\ Leaning Official. In 2019, they became an independent consultant for theBalm Cosmetics, FACE + BODY by Chris Tam, and Ornami Skincare. In 2022, they accepted the role of Marketing & E-Commerce Manager at Playground.

Leslie Fong attended The Art Institutes from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design.
