Serge Renaud

Serge Renaud is an experienced professional with a strong background in information security and compliance. Serge currently serves as the VP of Information Security and Compliance at Venn LocalZone since September 2019, where they oversee the development and implementation of security programs, policies, controls, and workflows. Prior to this, they held the same position at OS33 from September 2019.

From July 2017 to September 2019, Serge worked as a Principal Consultant at JBW Group International Inc, providing consulting services in information assurance and security management. Serge'sresponsibilities included designing, implementing, and improving information security management systems, managing security and technology risk, and ensuring compliance with various standards and regulations.

Before that, Serge held multiple roles at IntraLinks, Inc. from 2003 to 2017. As the VP of Security and Quality Assurance, they built a department focused on security and quality risk readiness, oversaw software and security process improvement, and led the implementation of a Quality Management System. Serge also served as the VP of Program Management and Quality Assurance, where they established and managed the Program Management Office and facilitated risk identification and treatment plans. Additionally, they served as the VP of Process Improvement and Quality Assurance, where they enhanced software systems quality and developed a culture of continuous process improvement.

Serge began their career at Ernst & Young LLP Management Consulting Practice in 1993. During their time there, they held senior managerial roles, handling client engagements in critical technologies, systems development, and the financial services industry. Serge managed complex projects and leveraged their expertise as a subject matter specialist.

Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance/International Business from the NYU Stern School of Business. Serge Renaud also holds a High School Diploma from Cranbrook School in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
