Oz Ganon

Oz Ganon has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2020 to the present, they have been the Head of Partnerships & Operations at Venn. In this role, they have been responsible for shaping and executing a strategic vision for revenue growth, implementing efficient operational processes, and developing and executing strategic account plans to enhance client satisfaction and expansion. Prior to Venn, from 2020 to 2022, Oz was the Partnerships Development Manager at the same company, where they generated new marketing channels and established long-lasting partnerships with key industry players.

Before joining Venn, Oz Ganon co-founded and served as CEO of Ismi Salma Group from 2013 to 2019. In this capacity, they successfully developed the portfolio from vision to profitability, managed a large workforce, and recruited and developed senior management.

Earlier in their career, Oz founded SHIKIT in 2011 and led the company until 2014. During this time, they located and negotiated with a manufacturing plant, designed a Go-To-Market strategy, and ensured compliance with necessary regulations.

Oz Ganon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. This educational experience spanned from 2012 to 2015.
