Don Napoli has over 25 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry. Don began their career in 1993 as the National Sales Manager at The Bosworth Dental Company. In 2000, they joined Press Ganey Associates Inc. as Regional Sales Director, and later became a Senior Project Manager. In 2016, they started working as a Business Development Manager, Healthcare for Vennli. In 2018, they took on two roles, Business Consultant for Vennli and Business Development Consultant for Greenspire Leader Center. In 2019, they became a Consulting Associate for CHIKOL - Professional Turnaround Assistance.

Don Napoli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University.
