Erika Hildebrand is an experienced talent management professional with a progressive career in recruitment and consultancy. As a Partner at VenorTalent since October 2012, Erika has been instrumental in offering professional and executive search services across Atlantic Canada and the US. Previously, Erika worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Drake International from November 2009 to October 2012, contributing to innovative staffing solutions globally. Earlier experience includes roles at Design Group Staffing LTD and ATS Reliance, where Erika specialized in various recruitment solutions within engineering and other sectors. Erika holds a Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University and continues to enhance skills through education at Sandler since 2016.
