Natacha Rodrigues, PhD has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Natacha began their professional career at Newcastle University in 2014, where they worked as a Teaching and Demonstrating assistant until September 2016. In 2017, Natacha joined Embraer as a Product Development Engineer, contributing to the company's product development efforts until February 2019. Afterward, Natacha joined VenoStent, Inc. in 2020 as a Senior Materials Engineer. Natacha then progressed to the role of Senior Product Development Engineer in June 2021 before becoming a Product Development Manager in July 2022. Natacha's expertise spans across materials engineering, product development, and teaching.

Natacha Rodrigues, PhD, has an extensive education history in various fields of engineering and technology. Natacha obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Escola Superior de Estudos Industriais e Gestao between 2007 and 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Micro and Nanotechnologies at Universidade do Minho from 2010 to 2013.

Their academic journey continued as they enrolled at Newcastle University, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical and Systems Engineering from 2013 to 2017. During their time at Newcastle University, Natacha Rodrigues also obtained a certification in "Introduction to Learning and Teaching in Higher Education" from the Staff Development Unit in October 2014, showcasing their interest and dedication to teaching and education.
