Jonathan Myers is an experienced leader in the financial advisory and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Qomolangma Acquisition Corporation since August 2021, focusing on healthcare mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Jonathan has been a Partner at Ventac Partners since September 2014, where the firm collaborates with executives to elevate companies within the life sciences domain. As the Managing Director and Founder of Nine Bridges Capital from November 2008 to September 2014, Jonathan facilitated equity investments across multiple industries including life sciences and clean technology. Previous experience includes roles as a Business Development Consultant and Director of Business Development at organizations such as Pain Therapeutics, Onyx Pharmaceuticals, and Chiron Corporation, where significant expertise in strategic advisory, deal negotiation, and corporate finance was developed. Jonathan holds an MBA in General Management and Finance from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
