Erik Arcos is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in engineering, customer service, and education. Currently serving as a Solar Performance Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since May 2019, Erik has also held roles as a bartender/server at Darden since May 2016 and has contributed to the Roche IButton Automation Design Project at Ventana Medical Systems since August 2018. Previously, Erik worked as a Lab Technician at the University of Arizona, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships and conducting experiments for the Biosphere 2 project. Erik's early experience includes instructing biodiversity classes and tutoring at Pima Community College. Erik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Arizona and an Associate degree in Science from Pima Community College.
