Maria Macias is a skilled research associate with a focus on cellular and molecular biology. Currently working at Roche since May 2022, Maria has progressed from Research Associate I to Research Associate II. Prior experience includes serving as an undergraduate student researcher in the Zarnescu Lab at the University of Arizona from August 2021 to May 2022 and from May 2019 to May 2021 through the Undergraduate Biology Research Program. Maria also gained operational experience as an intern at HTG Molecular Diagnostics during the summer of 2021. Maria Macias holds a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Arizona and graduated with a high school diploma from Marana High School in May 2018.
