Nataliya Means is an experienced regulatory affairs manager with a strong background in quality assurance and microbiology. At Ventana Medical Systems since November 2008, Nataliya has managed regulatory approval processes for in vitro diagnostic medical devices and collaborated with various departments and international affiliates for product registrations. Prior roles include serving as a microbiologist at Erlan Corporation, where oversight of quality control for beverages was conducted, and as a bacteriologist at the Central Water Plant, responsible for ensuring quality control of treated wastewater. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and a Graduate Research Associate degree in Ecology and Soil Science from Dnipropetrovsk National University.
