Jeffrey Harrell has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1997, they began their career as a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. In 2008, they founded Harrell Levine P.C., a strategic counseling firm for entrepreneurs, early stage companies, small businesses and venture capital firms. In 2009, they co-founded Veloce Technologies, Inc., a fabless semiconductor design firm, and served as Chief Operating Officer and Director. In 2012, Veloce Technologies, Inc. was acquired by Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC). In 2018, they co-founded Apex Semiconductor, an AI-powered chip design software and methodology company, and served as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer. Jeffrey also co-founded and served as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Ventana Micro Systems. In 2020, they became Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer of TransientX, Inc., a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) startup. In 2021, TransientX, Inc. was acquired by Deloitte.

Jeffrey Harrell completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Virginia Tech between 1988 and 1993. Jeffrey then attended the University of Virginia School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor between 1994 and 1997. No additional certifications have been reported.
