Bhavana Devulapally

Bhavana Devulapally is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Ventas. Bhavana has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology.

Bhavana started their career as a consultant with IBM in 1995. Bhavana then moved to Accenture in 1998, where they worked on a variety of projects for clients in different industries. In 2000, they left Accenture to join Braingem as a project manager.

After a year at Braingem, Bhavana joined Painted Word as a director. Bhavana was responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure and applications. During their four years at Painted Word, Bhavana led several successful projects, including the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning system.

In 2006, Bhavana joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as the Director of Finance - Strategy & Technology. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing Hyatt's IT strategy. In 2009, they were promoted to VP, Enterprise Applications, where they oversaw a team of 125 people responsible for managing Hyatt's enterprise-wide applications. Bhavana was with Hyatt for 10 years and played a key role in the company's digital transformation.

In 2019, Bhavana joined Ventas as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading Ventas' IT strategy and operations. Bhavana is a highly respected leader in the IT industry and
