Michael Yutkin is an experienced asset manager with a strong background in seniors housing operating communities, currently serving at Ventas, Inc. since 2007, managing a portfolio of over 100 properties. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Sunrise Senior Living REIT as Director of Asset Management and at Sunrise Senior Living as Senior Area Director. Additionally, Michael has experience as Director of Finance at The Mentor Network, and participated in a Leadership Development Program at W.W. Grainger. Earlier career experience includes serving as Business Operations Manager at AT&T Broadband / Jones Intercable. Michael earned an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Drucker School of Management and a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College.
