Anne Rossi McDermott

Anne Rossi McDermott serves as the HCD Lead for the CCSQ Service Center contract at Ventech Solutions, leading a team focused on enhancing customer interactions and improving processes for digital services. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Manager of Customer Success and Human-Centered Design at Radiant Infotech, where responsibilities included managing the Cloud Resources Management Support program and developing the OCEAN system for the CMS. Anne's previous positions at ActioNet, Inc. involved project management for key initiatives at CMS, including overseeing the redesign of web applications and managing complex healthcare projects. Additional experience includes working as an Account Executive at Sogeti and various positions at The ACI Group, Inc. Anne holds a BA in Political Science and Biology from Loyola University Maryland and has complemented education with studies at the Mediterranean Institute of French Studies.
