Aprita Sari is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition at VENTENY INDONESIA since June 2021, where responsibilities include conducting end-to-end interviews, negotiation, and performance management during probation. Previously, Aprita held the role of Human Resources Generalist, managing comprehensive recruitment processes across various levels, and also worked as a Unit Production Manager at TRANS TV, overseeing the shooting budget.
