Ashley Johnston has extensive experience in property management and customer service. Currently serving as a Better Living Manager at Venterra Realty since July 2013, Ashley is responsible for tenant profiling, advertising, and managing rental procedures, achieving a 12% increase in occupancy rates for new acquisition assets. Previous roles include Leasing Consultant at Aramark and Assistant Manager at Famous Footwear, where Ashley focused on customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Ashley holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Accounting from Lone Star College, completed between 2018 and 2020.
