Josh Delzell

Joshua Delzell possesses extensive experience in the multifamily real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Ancillary Services at Venterra Realty since July 2015. In this role, Joshua leads the Ancillary Services division, focusing on strategic direction to enhance NOI growth and operational excellence across a portfolio of over 22,000 units in seven states. Previous positions include Ancillary Services Manager, overseeing a team for a portfolio of more than 20,000 units, and Strategic Initiatives Manager, where Joshua directed strategic programs for 18,000 units across six states. Prior experience also includes roles at Ocwen Financial Corporation and KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Joshua holds both a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
