David Koelln

David Koelln serves as the Vice President of Payer Operations at Venteur and has been active in advisory roles, including with ExperienceIT and Minnesota State University, Mankato. With extensive experience in healthcare technology and operations, David led a large-scale contact center modernization project impacting over 26,000 associates at a major healthcare company during tenure at ExperienceIT. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Management at Nexben, where strategic product direction and market insights were emphasized, and Director of Operations at RAZR, directing enterprise operations for healthcare clients. David has also held significant positions in sales operations at UnitedHealth Group and its subsidiary, Harken Health, as well as in various analytical roles in healthcare services firms.
