Mike Miles

Mike Miles is an experienced executive and educator with a diverse background in technology, leadership, and innovation. Currently serving as COO of Vaital, Miles focuses on scaling the AI strategy firm during rapid growth. As a Strategic Advisor at Venteur, Miles supports the development of an affordable health insurance system. Founder of Milestone Leadership, Miles provides coaching and mentoring for senior and impact-focused leaders. Additionally, Miles mentors entrepreneurs through Unreasonable and contributes to the academic field as an Adjunct Faculty member at Eller Executive Education and a Faculty Lecturer at the University of Arizona. Previously, Miles held various leadership roles at Microsoft for over 17 years, where significant contributions included launching community development initiatives and leading the development of Bing's platform globally. Miles holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Computer Science from California State University-San Bernardino.
