Charmaine Higgins is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Group Executive People & Capability at Ventia since July 2015, Charmaine has previously held significant positions including General Manager People & Capability for Defence & Social Infrastructure and Infrastructure Services & Transport.
