Kirsten Knudsen

Kirsten Knudsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, HR, and organisational development. Currently serving as a Change Manager for Core HR & Payroll at Ventia since November 2025, Kirsten previously held roles as Change Lead and Senior Change Analyst at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, contributing to the Process and Technology Harmonisation (PaTH) Program. Other notable positions include Organisational Change Specialist at TAFE NSW, HR Information and Talent Coordinator at the City of Coffs Harbour, and various roles at Westpac and RailCorp. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Business in Tourism from Southern Cross University and has pursued further education at the University of New South Wales.
