Matt Stocker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager at Vention since August 2020, Matt leads efforts to connect clients with top engineering talent, facilitating collaboration to execute product visions and enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Matt worked as an Engagement Manager at Quotacom from January 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included attracting and retaining talent for a diverse array of clients, including major consulting firms and innovative startups. Earlier in Matt's career, experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at The Best Connection from September 2013 to December 2016 built a strong foundation in talent acquisition.
