Patrick Nogacz is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in IT consulting and software development. Currently serving as Director of Business Development and leading engineering teams at Vention since May 2017, Patrick has played a pivotal role in aiding VC-backed startups and growing tech companies to create scalable products. As a freelance IT Business Consultant since December 2014, Patrick has provided strategic advice to small businesses on operational and marketing practices. Previously, Patrick held business development roles at Endava and Serviceful, and co-founded HourSmartWatch. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Small Business Operations from Baruch College.
