Frank Poort

Frank Poort is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and technology. As a Co-Founder and Technical Director at Vention Technologies since December 2014, Frank has been instrumental in designing and developing electronic products and prototypes while guiding good ideas through the development process to market readiness. Previously, as Technical Manager and Advisor at TU/ecomotive from September 2013 to September 2018, Frank oversaw all technical aspects of an innovative automotive project. In addition to co-founding Amber and serving as CTO from June 2015 to February 2018, Frank contributed to the advancement of on-demand electric mobility services. Frank's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electromagnetics and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. Frank began education at Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen, completing a Gymnasium VWO degree.
