Etienne Lacroix is the Founder and CEO of Vention, a Manufacturing Automation Platform that enables all manufacturing professionals to automate their factory directly from their web browser in just a few days. Prior to founding Vention, Etienne was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where they served global manufacturing companies in areas such as profitability and growth strategy, restructuring, organizational design, program management, product development, procurement and manufacturing. Etienne also spent time at GE Lighting as part of their Technical Leadership Program (TLP), where they drove product line growth and profitability improvement initiatives, launched GE's LED lighting effort in Commercial Agriculture, and managed a global supply chain and inventory. Etienne has also worked as a Project Manager at Leger Engineering & Machining and as a Founder / Product Technology Leader at Unusual Technologies.

Etienne Lacroix has a Bsc from Université du Québec - Ecole de Technologie supérieure in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a Professional Engineer from Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
