Kahina Lydia Koulougli has over 10 years of diverse work experience in quality management, production management, project management, manufacturing specialist roles, supply chain management consulting, and research assistance. kahina lydia worked as a Quality Director at Vention since 2022. Previously, they were a Quality Assurance Manager at Safran, where they oversaw manufacturing processes, ensured compliance with regulations, trained employees, and conducted audits. kahina lydia also served as a Production Manager and a Project Manager at Safran, where they managed production activities, established KPIs, and coordinated with customers and supervisors. Additionally, Kahina worked as a Manufacturing Specialist and a Production Planner at Safran, where they focused on industrialization, resource planning, and scheduling. Prior to Safran, they worked as a Supply Chain Management Consultant at GlobAction Management, where they determined customer needs, negotiated with suppliers, and analyzed demand. kahina lydia also had roles as an Assistant Researcher at École de technologie supérieure, a Stage International at UTT - Université de technologie de Troyes, a Performance Improvement Analyst at ESSEDDA, and a Stage Ingénieur at Société Nationale des Véhicules Industriels, Sika, and SPIC respectively.
